Title |
Creating, sustaining and/or increasing public demand for safer speeds – identification of interventions for trial
|
Status |
Closed-C
|
Purpose
This is an outcome oriented statement about the project and whilst being comprehensive
should also be concise.
For example:
To obtain a better understanding of the expectations that the community have for
levels of service on low trafficked roads and how this translates into measures
of road condition.
|
To identify suitable interventions for trial and evaluation aimed at creating, sustaining and/or increasing demand for safer speeds.
|
Deliverables
This is a statement to describe what outcomes and outputs will be achieved through
the project. An outcome is how the project will benefit the user and an output is
what immediate result will be available upon completion of the project.
For example:
- (i) An assessment of community perceptions of local road conditions using a broad
based local roads sample.
- (ii) An assessment of the implications of community standards on Council's costs
and maintenance strategies.
- (iii) A kit for Councils to establish the appropriate level of expenditure for
Local Roads.
